Returns
Our Return and Refund Policy lasts 30 days from the day you have received your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, undamaged, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Inner Apparel
- Socks
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any product not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the price paid minus any discounts, restocking fees and shipping charges, if applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Products
Only regular priced products may be refunded, unfortunately sale products cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace products if they were delivered to you in the following conditions: (a) defective or (b) damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at hello@bumpbaloza.com to assist.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the product wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the purchase delivered to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, send us an email at hello@bumpbaloza.com to assist.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If your returned product is rejected, you may consider to let the rejected product to be shipped back. Shipping costs are not included and should be paid upfront before the products will be shipped again.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping a product over R500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
Restocking Fees
Certain products are subject to a 20% restocking fee, however, this can be waived under certain circumstances.
Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act
As part of the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, you may be entitled to cancel any of your purchases without reason or penalty within 7 days of delivery either by returning the unwanted products or by logging the return by way of email to hello@bumpbaloza.com to assist you.
We reserve the right to recuperate any direct costs of returning of the goods.
Our courier is entitled to refuse collection of any product that is not properly packaged for transport.
Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will process the refund or exchange within 10 business days of receipt of the returned product. Please bear in mind that your refund will be processed using the same payment method used by you for the purchase, as indicated on your electronic receipt. Refunds can take 21 business days to reflect in your account.
We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a resaleable condition or missing any accessories.

Delivery and Purchase Cancellation
If for any reason you would like to cancel a purchase before delivery, please sent us an email at hello@bumpbaloza.com to assist you.
You can cancel your purchase at any time, depending on where the purchase is in the process:
- If your purchase has not been dispatched upon cancellation, we will refund the full purchase amount to you.
- Once your purchase has been dispatched from the supplier, we will only be able to process the cancellation when the purchase has been returned to us. You will need to accept the delivery and will have the right to return the purchase in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
